A local team passionate about delivering a high quality renewable project based on long-term relationships

We look forward to making a material contribution to Western Australia’s energy transition.

A World-Class Project

Parron Wind Farm is a world-class project that will benefit from some of the best wind capacity in the Southern Hemisphere and existing energy infrastructure.

The current Parron Place farming operation is ~ 30km southeast of Jurien Bay and 10km northwest of Badgingarra, next to the existing Badgingarra Wind Farm.

The site is located next to the Western Power Northern Terminal - Three Springs transmission corridor and above-ground transmission lines cross the site.

Project Approvals

Parron Developments and our partner Atmos Renewables are seeking approval for a wind farm generating approximately 500 MW per year.  Environment, cultural heritage, transport, noise, bushfire and aviation impact studies are underway to support Commonwealth and State environmental approvals.

Coexisting with Farming Operations

The world-class wind capacity at Badgingarra means we can use fewer turbines per hectare than other windfarms.

Only 5% of the 8,392ha property will be disturbed for the wind farm, ensuring a sustainable livestock grazing farming operation can continue throughout the life of the project.
